The staff at this dealership go above and beyond to ensure that customers are not just happy, but delighted, with the service they receive. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and excellent communicators.
The lack of timely information, changes, and most important the lack of customer active listening was painful to deal with. Your staff utilizes big words, like transparency etc, however, actions don't reflect that. I wonder if some of this was driven by my accent and the perception I would not understand. Also maybe train your staff not to talk over customer and again demostrate active listening.
I've been buying vehicles from them since 2009. Their service staff and prompt responses are truly exceptional!
The service advisor Katie did a great job for me. Very prompt and courteous. I wish the previous repair from Feb 6 had lasted longer yet that has both to do with Katie.

Glen and crew were very helpful in navigating a tricky problem with my Sprinter’s computer. Also replaced some leaky hoses, battery, etc. Driving like new. Some of it was covered so didn’t cost me an arm and a leg this time!

Glenn Brown was excellent to deal w/ regarding service for my Sprinter van. Glenn was able to immediately answer the questions I had regarding extended fuel tank and mileage and level tracking. Glenn arranged for transportation to and from downtown Santa Rosa, so I didn't have to wait in the waiting room. He contacted me promptly when the service was completed and arranged for transportation back to the service facility. Overall, Glenn is an excellent Mercedes representative as well as an advocate for the Santa Rosa area. The service facility was clean altho' the waiting area is small.

Glen is knowledgeable with sprinter vans. Three tires were over inflated 8-10 psi. Two front tires and one rear. My first service was excellent, disappointed with the second service.

They were correcting a mistake that was made when I had new tires installed quick and easy. I waited and I didn’t ended up not having to pay anything for the repair.

The office side of this encounter was great, I was not impressed, and felt dismissed by the service tech Parker who felt that the rattling I was hearing in the cabin “definitely “ was from the bolt they found in my tire. I was not aware that a bolt was in mu tire and in fact when I left Mercedes after retrieving my car, I hear a new noise which I am now attributing to this bolt. Very, very disappointing service experience. Responses were incomplete and untimely. When I expressed concern, nobody followed up.
He was very passive aggressive in explaining everything and when I asked him why it seemed so serious/uptight he responded in a passive aggressive way saying “we’re actually the most laid back dealership I’ve ever worked at” after he had gotten upset about me asking questions about the car I own. He had a trenchcoat and clear painted nails and seemed like he wanted to act the part of the boss instead of improve somebody’s experience. Non emergency appointments are booked close to a month out. The greeting staff was clear and pleasant. Service writer Glen explained the recall and answered several other of my questions as a new MB owner. The waiting areas were clean, comfortable, and varied with drinks and snacks available. Pleasant staff.
