I found sales easy and pleasant to work with. I’ve found most all parts staff to be kind and helpful when I came looking for accessories for my new Mercedes. The cashiers are nice. The young men that checked me in for my first service were delightful. My service person (Tiffany) was kind and patient with all of my questions.
